On February 9, 2023, alongside trial attorney, Lee Livingston, James taught a course entitled, “Foundations of Virginia Evidence.” The program was hosted by Virginia CLE and focused on the Virginia Rules of Evidence and how to get evidence admitted at trial.
To maintain a Virginia law license, the Virginia State Bar requires every attorney to complete CLE (Continuing Legal Education) hours to ensure they are up to date on the law. Virginia CLE is the leading provider of CLE hours. So, it was a huge honor for James to be given the opportunity to speak.
