Recently, James Abrenio had the opportunity to serve as a judge at the John L. Costello National Criminal Law Trial Advocacy Competition. Comprised of Law Schools across the country, young advocates came to the Fairfax County Circuit Court to argue their cases.
If you or a family member is considering a law school education, competitions like this serve as invaluable learning experiences to get a feel for the courtroom. Not only do you get to compete against some of the best soon-to-be young lawyers, but you also get to interact with local practitioners interested in helping their community.
James was happy to serve. And the competitors were truly skilled. If you want to learn more about this awesome event, here’s a link.
