Practicing since 2013, Linda brings a variety of expertise and legal acumen to the firm, along with her husband and Law Partner, James, in the areas of personal injury and criminal defense law.
As a trial attorney, Linda has successfully litigated complex matters in the Northern Virginia courts, and has been noted for her calm and persuasive demeanor. She believes the crux of being a true legal advocate is transparency, honesty, and hard work. Since legal matters are oftentimes the most stressful times in one’s life, Linda takes priority in ensuring that her clients feel heard, that their questions are timely answered, and that they trust her sound legal judgment.
As a first-generation Korean-American to extremely diligent and determined immigrant parents who sacrificed greatly to provide Linda with the opportunities that were not afforded to them, Linda is thankful for her parents’ sacrifice, and hopes to instill that same ethic in her and James’ daughter, Harper.
Outside of the practice, Linda has spent considerable amounts of time advancing Asian American and Pacific Islander interests and volunteering in the community. Most notably, she was recognized by the Virginia House of Delegates on May 13, 2024, and the Virginia State Bar’s Conference of Local and Specialty Bar Association as 2024 Specialty Bar Leader of the Year and 2023 Bar Association of the Year, for her previous work as President of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Virginia.
