Arlington Young Lawyers Section Volunteers for Capital Area Food Bank

On November 9, 2019, the Arlington Young Lawyers Section had an opportunity to lend a hand to the Capital Area Food Bank, here in Northern Virginia. The organization is a truly great non-profit that exists to serve people struggling with hunger and food insecurity.  Their employees are dedicated, talented people seeking to give back to our community.

If you’re interested in volunteer opportunities, check out their Volunteer Page where they make it super easy to get involved.  Of course, donations are always welcome

Also, we can’t help but give a “shout out” to Arlington Bar Young Lawyer’s Section.  This volunteer event was the first-ever inter-organizational activity with 50+ volunteers from young lawyers of Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William and Loudoun County Bar Associations.

If you’re a young attorney in the local area, make sure to reach out to the Arlington Bar Young Lawyers Section to learn about how you can be a leader in your local community.  They’ve got great leadership and are constantly searching for ways to serve.  And they need all the help they can get!
